This GMC Yukon Hybrid commercial which aired during the break under Super Bowl is based on the work of JANKOVICS Marcell. The original Hungarian short film Sisyphus (1974) was nominated for Oscar in 1974. The author told comment:com that Pannónia Studio and General Motors had an agreement and according to this the car manufacturer could use the Hungarian studio's archive footage.

I forgot: The song is by Ulrich Schnauss. The title is Blumenwiese Neben Autobahn.
The original film by JANKOVICS has remained in my memory since I first saw it in 1977. I have always considered it one of the best animated short films. Thanks for posting it.
